Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled technical support and hands-on care within the allied services scope
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment safely and according to protocol
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the electronic medical record
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families to improve the care experience
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and prioritize tasks to support patient flow

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or allied health technical role
• Current state licensure or certification as required for the TECH role (bring your credentials)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-focused attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical training or allied health certificate preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with common clinical equipment and safety checks
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and standard documentation practices
• Good clinical judgment and troubleshooting skills
• Infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance awareness
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
