Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate clinical services in the outpatient setting, ensuring top-quality care for patients battling opioid addiction
• Lead and direct clinic staff to keep operations smooth from front desk to patient care
• Maintain medication inventory and supplies with precision and care
• Perform quality control checks on point-of-care tests to uphold the highest standards
• Document all care professionally and oversee clinic opening and closing like a pro
• Assist providers and staff proactively, anticipating needs for efficient patient care
• Communicate effectively across departments to be the go-to resource everyone relies on

Qualifications

• Current full, unrestricted Alaska RN license required at time of submission
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year acute care experience preferred, plus 6 months in addiction services a big plus
• Flu vaccination required

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

• Mastery of the nursing process applied in real-world settings
• Strong customer service principles to build patient trust
• Expertise in safety and infection control
• Skilled in assessments, specimen collection, and anticipating patient needs
• Proficient with computers and medical equipment
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment while being a true team player
