Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional emergency care in the ER, making a real difference in critical moments
Provide compassionate swing bed nursing, supporting patient recovery and transitions
Collaborate with a tight-knit team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Monitor and respond to patient needs during overnight hours with skill and vigilance

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Colorado RN license or compact state license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience in ER and swing bed or med-surg settings preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong emergency nursing expertise
Excellent patient assessment and triage skills
Proficiency in night shift rhythms and high-acuity care
Adaptable teamwork in a rural hospital environment
