Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
Support a safe and healing environment for all
Collaborate with the healthcare team to elevate patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience preferred
Reliable and compassionate demeanor
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Team collaboration skills
Empathy and communication
