Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Maintain clean and safe environments for optimal well-being
Collaborate with the care team to provide top-notch support

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Connecticut
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable and ready to jump into per diem shifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Empathy and clear communication
