Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts, scheduled 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float dynamically between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units delivering top-notch patient care
Masterfully manage chest tubes, wound vacs, and other critical procedures
Utilize Meditech EMR and Pyxis to ensure seamless, accurate documentation and medication delivery
Provide compassionate support in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varying nurse-patient ratios

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required by start date
BLS certification mandatory, ACLS preferred along with PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, or ENPC
2-10 years of nursing experience to hit the ground running

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Meditech EMR, Pyxis medication systems, wound vac, and chest tubes
Strong adaptability for floating across medical, Laulima surgical acute, and cardiovascular units
Proficiency in handling diverse patient ratios from 1:4 to 1:8
