Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing teams with confidence
Ensure top-notch patient care and safety standards
Coordinate seamless shift operations and staff assignments
Mentor colleagues and elevate team performance
Drive meaningful outcomes in a specialized pediatric setting

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical background in nursing
BLS certification or equivalent
Commitment to compassionate patient care
