Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the ACT team by providing clinical supervision and unwavering support to clinicians
Oversee delivery of ethical, trauma-informed, and effective mental health services
Collaborate across departments to champion integrated care for clients facing trauma, depression, and anxiety
Drive evidenced-based interventions like EMDR, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing
Monitor program services, adapt to evolving needs, and ensure top-tier client outcomes
Attend key meetings to foster communication and elevate care standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in human services field like social work, counseling, or psychology
5 years of clinical experience in relevant settings
Completed clinical practicum
Proficiency in assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
State of Alaska licensure as LCSW or LPC within 6 months of hire
Basic computer skills and office equipment proficiency

Education

Master’s degree in human services related field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology)

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
Cultural sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
Team collaboration and consensus-building
Quick rapport with varied clients and teams
Experience with EMDR, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing preferred
Clinical supervisory experience a plus
