Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor and assess young patients with precision and empathy
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team
Advocate for children's health and speedy recoveries
Create positive healing experiences in a specialty setting

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric nursing experience a plus
BLS certification required
Compassionate heart for working with kids
Commitment to high-quality pediatric care

Strong med/surg fundamentals
Pediatric patient assessment expertise
Effective communication with families
Team collaboration in fast-paced units
