Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct physical therapy services with confidence and care
• Coordinate and supervise department operations for peak efficiency
• Administer physician-prescribed physical agents to optimize patient outcomes
• Lead performance improvement and continuous quality initiatives
• Formulate budgets and ensure department stays on track financially
• Develop charge review systems for accurate and timely billing
• Perform thorough patient assessments across all age groups
• Formulate teaching plans and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Manage equipment safely while maintaining a clean, safe department
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• 3+ years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Current California licensure as a physical therapist
• Current BCLS certification
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with physical therapy equipment operation and maintenance
