Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver impactful individual, group, and family psychotherapy to support client recovery
Provide emergency services and crisis intervention with compassion and expertise
Offer consumer support services and community education to empower those you serve
Conduct consultation services and information referrals to strengthen community mental health
Use your skills in mental health therapeutic techniques for direct client services that make a real difference

Qualifications

Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or MHP
At least 2 years experience in treating consumers in mental health programs
Qualify per WAC 246-341-0515 for specialties like children, elderly, developmental disabilities, minorities, hearing impaired, or emergency services

Education

Masters Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of mental health therapeutic techniques and direct client services
Understanding of community issues affecting mental health programs
Good judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision
