Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and craft personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to boost strength, mobility, and daily function
Educate patients and families on exercises, safe movements, and home adaptations for lasting independence
Team up with occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to deliver top-notch coordinated care
Track progress closely and tweak plans for the best outcomes possible
Keep spot-on documentation to support seamless care and compliance

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in California
Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive independently and in a team

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
