Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Educate families and support young patients through recovery
Maintain accurate records and ensure safety protocols are followed
Contribute to a healing environment that brightens kids' days

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric med/surg experience preferred
BLS certification required, PALS a plus
Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Compassionate approach to pediatric care
Commitment to high-quality patient outcomes

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in pediatric assessments and interventions
Excellent communication with kids and families
Medication administration and IV skills
Team collaboration in fast-paced units
Knowledge of med/surg protocols for pediatrics
