Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible schedule open to days, evenings, and weekends. Staffing varies according to sports schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary healthcare provider for the NCAA DII Women’s Soccer Program, keeping athletes in top form
Deliver expert injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation to support peak performance
Collaborate with Minot State University staff and other athletic trainers for seamless coverage
Provide minimal assistance to fellow ATs during high-demand periods, making a real team impact

Qualifications

Certified Athletic Trainer licensure in good standing
Experience working with collegiate athletes, especially soccer programs
Availability for flexible days, evenings, and weekends
Passion for sports medicine and athlete success

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
Master’s degree preferred
NCAA DII experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sports injury management and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent communication skills for working with athletes, coaches, and university staff
Adaptability to varying schedules and rapid response scenarios
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on athlete wellness
