Shift Type: 4/10s (flexible between 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, and 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM), with call and weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in high-volume OR cases across neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
Prepare operating rooms and equipment with precision for 30-40 daily procedures
Respond swiftly to calls, ensuring patient safety in trauma and elective surgeries
Collaborate with charge nurse, manager, and team in a fast-paced 11-suite unit
Float to Walters as needed to support the broader team

Qualifications

Washington Surgical Tech License required at submission
BLS certification
2+ years of OR experience, preferably with trauma exposure

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Epic EMR
Expertise in diverse surgical specialties including robotics and trauma
Quick call response skills (20 minutes for trauma, 30 for non-trauma)
Adaptability to flexible shift starts and high case volumes
