Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to Med/Surg and ED patients including Spine/Ortho post-op cases
Manage patient ratios of 1:5 with skill and compassion
Work holidays to ensure continuous support for those who need it most
Collaborate with the team to provide top-notch nursing in a critical access setting

Qualifications

Current unrestricted Colorado RN license
Experience in Spine/Ortho post-op patients with Med/Surg emphasis
Must be 65+ miles from facility per radius rule

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
Strong Med/Surg and ED nursing skills
Post-op orthopedic and spine patient care expertise
