Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to create personalized treatment programs
- Plan and implement therapies to boost daily living and work skills
- Help patients develop, recover, or maintain independence and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Support seniors in achieving optimal quality of life through targeted interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Currently registered by NBCOT and licensed in Colorado
- 1 year experience with elderly and frail populations required
- 1-3 years as Occupational Therapist preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
