Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident quality of life
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification
Commitment to patient-centered care
Reliable and punctual team player

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills for resident support
Excellent communication and empathy
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Ability to handle night shifts with energy
