Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with residents and care providers to create safe, comfortable therapeutic environments
Deliver direct and indirect care tailored to Alzheimer's/dementia needs using verbal and non-verbal techniques
Provide skilled nursing and rehab services including IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric management
Support long-term care in a home-like setting, adapting to unique resident behaviors and needs

Qualifications

Valid State of Maine or compact RN license
1-3 years previous RN experience preferred
Associates in Nursing
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to float between units and cover 24/7 shifts

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Medical terminology
Understanding of Alzheimer's/dementia behaviors and communication
Ability to work collaboratively in care teams
