Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and handle administrative tasks for smooth office visits
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate exceptional patient care
Manage scheduling and patient data with precision and care
Support families and caregivers in their healthcare journey

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in medical practice or clinical setting preferred
Completion of Medical Office Professional program a plus
No specific license or certification needed

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with medical terminology and physician office procedures
Proficient with office equipment like copiers, faxes, phones, and computers
Strong communication and organizational abilities
