Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients on bustling Medical Surgical units
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Successful completion of Prime exams including Pharmacology, Rhythm Interpretation, Core Competencies, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
Current health requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, TB test, and full panel drug screening

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medical-surgical nursing fundamentals
Medication administration and patient assessment expertise
Rhythm interpretation and basic pharmacology proficiency
Effective teamwork and communication in fast-paced settings
