Location: Denville, New Jersey

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities including minimum 15 call shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and monitor high-stakes cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and neurology procedures to make a real difference
Manage access sites and symptoms with precision, including sheath removal for optimal patient outcomes
Assist in admitting, recovering, and discharging patients with compassionate care
Handle emergency after-hours calls with confidence and expertise
Schedule inpatients and outpatients ensuring seamless procedure flow

Qualifications

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
Previous Cath Lab experience required
Experience in CCL, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Neuro, and on-call duties
Ability to work independently as first assist to physicians

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in scrubbing and monitoring complex procedures
Proficient in access site management and sheath removal
Strong on-call response skills for emergencies
Patient-centered admitting, recovery, and discharge processes
