Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, PRN as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to stepdown patients during night shifts
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions
Advocate for patients and their families with empathy and expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Recent stepdown or telemetry experience preferred
Passed Prime exams including Basic Pharmacology, Rhythm Interpretation, Core Competencies, and Specialty Exam

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for stepdown patients
Proficiency in rhythm interpretation and pharmacology
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
