Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in orthopedic surgeries with precision and care, making a real difference in patient outcomes
Prepare operating rooms and sterilize equipment to ensure seamless procedures
Anticipate surgeon needs during operations, keeping the team in perfect sync
Maintain sterile fields and support safe, efficient surgical environments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch patient care

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
BLS certification
Strong background in orthopedic procedures preferred
Valid license or certificate verification
Completed skills checklists and competency testing

Education

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic surgical techniques
Proficiency with surgical instrumentation and sterile procedures
Strong attention to detail and quick thinking under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication in fast-paced OR settings
