Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional dialysis care to patients in need
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on renal health management
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care
Adapt to float pool assignments with confidence and skill

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
1+ year of recent dialysis nursing experience
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Texas RN license or compact state eligibility
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced float pool environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with dialysis equipment and monitoring systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to varying clinical settings
