Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients upon admission with expert interview techniques to capture vital medical history and current status
Develop and implement personalized care plans under physician direction to deliver outstanding outcomes
Monitor vital signs, interpret lab results, x-rays, and diagnostics for proactive patient care
Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team to provide direct and indirect care that makes a real difference

Qualifications

Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
Strong MS/Tele experience to hit the ground running

Education

Bachelor's degree required

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for precise care
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Proven expertise in MS/Tele/PCU nursing
