Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute life-saving treatment plans
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during high-stakes moments
Administer medications, perform procedures, and educate on care transitions with precision and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with electronic health records and ICU protocols
Excellent communication for patient handoffs and family updates
Cool-headed decision-making under pressure
