Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead as MLS Lab Manager overseeing all lab areas including Anatomical Pathology
Conduct QC reviews to ensure top-notch accuracy and safety
Interview and onboard new team members to build a strong crew
Provide clinical lab oversight and manage scheduling for smooth operations
Drive productivity reviews and validation procedures
Prepare for CAP regulatory readiness like a pro

Qualifications

4+ years of experience, including previous lab manager role
MLT or MT certification preferred via ASCP or AMT
Generalist skills across all lab disciplines
Valid driver's license for 60-mile radius

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with EPIC Beaker LIS system
Hands-on with Abbott Alinity, Immucor ECHO, Sysmex XN3100, Sysmex CA5100, and CA2500
Strong in phlebotomy oversight, scheduling, and productivity analysis
