Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Pocahontas Center
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the team to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Foster a safe, nurturing environment that enhances quality of life

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current certifications including BLS
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to thrive in a long-term care setting

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Proficiency in medication administration
Adaptability in a fast-paced care environment
