Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate seamless patient transfers from hospitals inside and outside the Dignity network
Conduct critical patient assessments including vitals and clinical reports after intake
Coordinate with accepting MDs and specialists to secure the perfect bed placement
Multitask across 10-15 cases at once making a real difference in patient journeys
Utilize cutting-edge tools like Cerner and TeleTracking to streamline transfers

Qualifications

Active RN license in hand
Minimum 2 years in ICU, ED, or transfer center
Acute care experience with strong critical care assessment skills
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications
Ready for a Dys exam through UNA prior to acceptance

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expert clinical judgement and algorithm-following prowess
Stellar customer service and professional communication
Multitasking mastery while handling high-volume cases
Proficient in Cerner, EPIC, TeleTracking, Tiger Connect, and Google apps
Strong computer skills including typing speed for efficiency
