Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients upon admission with expert interview techniques to capture vital medical history and current status
Develop and implement personalized care plans under physician direction to deliver outstanding outcomes
Utilize the full nursing process to provide direct and indirect care that makes a real difference in patients' lives
Monitor vital signs, interpret lab results, and collaborate seamlessly with the care team

Qualifications

Valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
BLS and ACLS certifications
3+ years of nursing experience preferred with strong MS/Tele background

Education

Bachelor's degree required

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process and patient assessment
Strong care planning abilities
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
