Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-stakes care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and empathy
- Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during critical moments
- Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
