Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-stakes care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized treatment plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and empathy
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during critical moments
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in California
Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
