Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 5 8-hour day shifts with rotating evening/night/weekend call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE) to capture crystal-clear heart images
Conduct Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) for detailed cardiac assessments
Administer contrast studies using Optison/Definity and bubble studies with precision
Execute Exercise and Dobutamine Stress Echoes to evaluate heart performance under stress
Handle occasional rare Pediatric TTE cases with care and expertise

Qualifications

RDCS certification from CCI or ARDMS
AHA BLS certification
Left-handed scanner preferred for optimal performance
Skills checklist demonstrating proficiency in required echoes

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with Philips EPIC, Philips CX50, Siemens ACUSON SC2000, and Siemens Origin equipment
Familiarity with EMR systems including Athena, Meditech, and PICOM
Experience across inpatient hospital, outpatient clinic, ER, and Cath lab settings
