Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with RN Case Managers to deliver exceptional patient care
Master documentation using Cerner, Nate, and Ensocare systems with precision
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams to build lasting trust
Seamlessly shift attention between multiple tasks while maintaining high standards
Float where needed to support the hospital's mission
Advocate for patients in a dynamic 815-bed facility with supportive leadership

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in case management
Business attire ready for professional interactions

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong documentation skills in electronic health records
Excellent communication with diverse teams and families
Ability to multitask and shift attention fluidly
Talent for building trust with patients, families, and colleagues
Collaborative spirit working alongside RNCM
