Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM dayshift with required oncall rotating weekdays, weekends, holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional surgical care to patients in a fast-paced OR environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless procedures
Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to changing needs
Prepare operating rooms with precision and efficiency
Provide compassionate post-op care that makes a real difference
Champion safety protocols to protect every patient

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
Completed Prime Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, Basic Pharmacology Exam, and Specialty Exam

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong surgical nursing expertise
Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking
Proficiency in OR procedures and sterile techniques
Effective communication in high-pressure settings
Oncall responsiveness and adaptability
