Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver urgent care in a fast-paced ER environment, making a real difference in critical moments
Assess and stabilize patients with compassion and precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier emergency treatment
Monitor patient progress and advocate for their needs throughout their care journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent ER experience to hit the ground running
Commitment to weekend shifts with no holiday requirement

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency trauma care and rapid assessment
Proficiency with NIHSS stroke scale and pediatric advanced life support
Strong critical thinking under pressure
Excellent communication with patients and teams
