Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM 1 day per week and weekend on-call once every 6 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in a high-volume OR supporting 14 suites
Circulate and scrub for procedures like angioplasties, appendectomies, biopsies, and ortho/spine surgeries
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 60 FTEs including charge RNs and service line leads
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for focused, impactful care
Utilize cutting-edge Stryker video systems and standard OR equipment

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year current hospital acute care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Circulate and scrubbing experience preferred

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Meditech EMR proficiency
Strong communication with staff and providers
Adaptability to fast-paced changes
Patient experience focus
