Shift Type: 7 days on/7 days off, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM night shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform vital lab tests to deliver accurate diagnostic results that impact patient care
Analyze specimens with precision to support physicians in life-saving decisions
Maintain cutting-edge lab equipment ensuring seamless operations
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and reliable lab insights
Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in every procedure

Qualifications

MLT or MLS certification from ASCP required
BLS certification
Valid state license or certificate
Experience in medical laboratory technology welcomed

Education

Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field, or equivalent certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in laboratory testing and analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills for high-volume environments
Knowledge of lab safety protocols and procedures
