Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver urgent, life-saving care in a fast-paced emergency department
Assess and stabilize critically ill patients with speed and precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal treatment plans
Advocate fiercely for patients during high-stress situations
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent ED experience to hit the ground running
Completed skills checklist and competency testing
Up-to-date health requirements including vaccines and drug screen

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing protocols
Proficiency with trauma care and rapid assessments
Strong critical thinking under pressure
Excellent communication with patients and teams
