Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care during vaginal deliveries and C-sections, making every birth unforgettable
Monitor antepartum patients with precision using GE fetal monitors
Provide expert newborn and postpartum care, supporting families in their most precious moments
Collaborate with a dynamic team of labor nurses, nursery nurses, and OB techs in a high-volume LDRP unit

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with 1:1 labor ratios and high birth volumes

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech and CPN EMR systems
Expertise in fetal monitoring and high-risk labor support
Strong teamwork in multidisciplinary night shift settings
