Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate labor and delivery care to expecting mothers
• Circulate in the OR for c-section deliveries with precision and calm
• Monitor high-risk pregnancies using advanced fetal monitoring equipment
• Manage inductions, postpartum recovery and antepartum patients with expertise
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 52 staff to deliver outstanding outcomes
• Handle procedures like cerclage, D&C and maternal hemorrhage protocols effectively

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of L&D experience
• BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience circulating OR for c-sections is a must
• Postpartum care background preferred
• Open-minded, positive team player personality fits right in

Education

• RN licensure from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with GE fetal monitoring, Panda warmers and Hillrom labor beds
• Familiarity with CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Expertise in oxytocin protocols, magnesium sulfate administration and MEWS
• Skilled in handling inductions, mechanical dilators and outpatient OB services
