Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including 6 weekend days per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to oncology and women's surgical patients, making a real difference in their lives
Manage patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 with skill and dedication
Perform procedures like occasional pelvic exams, echoes, and thoracentesis
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 4-6 RNs, CNAs, and leadership
Utilize Cerner EMR to ensure seamless, high-quality documentation
Occasionally float to other med-surg units while prioritizing your home unit

Qualifications

Active RN license - a must-have to join this dynamic team
BLS certification required
2+ years of experience, ideally in oncology nursing
Chemo Certification preferred to hit the ground running
Team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology nursing expertise
Proficiency with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR
Strong skills in patient assessment and procedure support
