Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to inpatient hold patients with med-surg tele expertise
Monitor and manage emergency room holds with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
Assess acuity levels and adapt to dynamic inpatient needs
Champion patient safety and comfort during critical holds

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Recent experience in med-surg telemetry and ER holds preferred
Successful completion of Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Emergency room hold protocols and patient management
Acuity assessment in fast-paced inpatient settings
Team collaboration in high-stakes environments
