Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in need
Quickly assess and stabilize critical conditions with skill and precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide top-tier ED services
Prioritize patient safety while managing high-acuity cases
Educate patients and families during pivotal moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent ED experience to hit the ground running
Completed skills checklist and competency testing
Up-to-date health requirements including vaccines and drug screen

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency department protocols
Proficiency with trauma care and stroke assessment
Strong critical thinking in fast-paced environments
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
