Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable moments
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with cardiac rhythms and emergency protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
