Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care in a high-acuity Burn Trauma ICU saving lives every shift
Manage wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP protocols with precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 85 staff across 30 beds
Monitor critically ill patients using cutting-edge trauma and burn technology
Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU to maximize your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license
At least 1 year of experience
Trauma ICU, Burn ICU or Surgical ICU experience required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Team player who asks questions and jumps in to help

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care equipment mastery
Meditech EMR proficiency
Patient ratios of 2:1 in ICU
Wound care and code response expertise
