Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, work at least 4 weekends per schedule period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced 16-bed NVICU
Manage central line and arterial line placements with precision
Assist with intubations and EVD placements to save lives
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 46 staff members using standard ICU equipment
Monitor patients at optimal 2:1 ratios for exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ years of ICU experience required
ACLS certification
Team player who is accountable and caring

Education

RN licensure from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

ICU expertise is a must
Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Bonus points for Oncology or Neuro experience
Proficiency with standard ICU equipment
