Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a high-volume OB/GYN unit
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision and empathy
Assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery to create positive birth experiences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans, empowering them through every step

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent OB/GYN nursing experience
BLS and NRP certifications required
ACLS preferred for this dynamic role

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills in maternal-fetal medicine
Excellent communication for patient education and team coordination
Proficiency in electronic health records and labor monitoring systems
Ability to stay calm and decisive in fast-paced delivery scenarios
