Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to diverse patients including cardiac, renal transplant, dialysis and more
Manage central lines, Foley catheters and IV therapies with precision
Monitor patient ratios of 1-6 while utilizing advanced equipment like Wound VAC and PCA pumps
Collaborate with a tenured team of nurses for seamless patient outcomes
Adapt to fast-paced environment providing culturally competent care

Qualifications

Active LVN license
1 year of Med Surg experience
BCLS certification required
Critical thinking skills essential
ACLS preferred along with IV skills

Education

LVN licensure from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Ortho and kidney transplant care
Central line and Foley management
Experience with cardiac, pulmonary, GI, DM and dialysis patients
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Teamwork in high-acuity fast-paced settings
