Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations to create personalized recovery paths
Establish and implement plans of care that make real differences
Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless patient progress
Communicate frequently with the rehab team on equipment needs and discharge planning
Deliver therapy in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art gyms
Float between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in medical settings

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital and nursing home setting experience
Physical therapy evaluations and plan of care establishment
Familiarity with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Collaborative teamwork in rehab environments
